Virtual Consult Scheduling

To schedule a virtual consult, fill out the form and we will contact you to see up a meeting time.

15 minute virtual consults are free and serve the purpose of determining what your risks are for periodontal disease, heart disease, and other illnesses of systemic inflammation. If it is determined that further assessment is required, an in-person meeting and/or lab tests will be arranged.
